I have no Paypal account, how can I pay for the item?
You can register a Paypal account on https://www.paypal.com/c2, the official website of Paypal. They can accept many credit cards to pay online, such as Master card. VISA,American Express, (For Bangladesh DBBL-nexus, BRAC Bank),Western Union and Money Gram .
How to return or exchange the product?
Return and replacement claims are accepted under the situation of no damaged goods. The filing party to pay the costs incurred. We will deal with the refund within 24 hours after receiving item from you. Similarly, we will send the new item within 24 hours after we receive the old item you returned.
Return Procedure:
Email us the reason why you want to return the item.
Delivery the item to the address we specify in the shipment (or another place we tell you). Please state all your information clearly inside your return, buyer's name, address and telephone number.
Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as we shipped out. We reserve the right to assess additional fees if the returned item is not in proper condition.
